My last holidays were in Santa Marta. I traveled by plane with my parents, my nephews, my brother and my sister. My family and I ate at many different restaurants, for example at DONDE CHUCHO and BURUKUKA. We went to a lot of beautiful beaches like WHITE BEACH, BURITACA, TAGANGA, BIG BEACH, and at these places we could play volleyball, soccer, go swimming, riding worm, diving, among other things.

Also, I went to several nightclubs where the music was really good and welcoming, and the best thing of all the clubs I was at, was the pier because it is super large and it can fit about 1500 people; besides it has robotic lights and big screens which make it even better.

My Holidays!!

On my last holiday, I went to Bogotá with my boyfriend. We stayed one week and we visited Maloka ans Salitre Mágico.

We walked around the park Simon Bolivar and we took many pictures!

In Bogotá we stayed with our friends, and we went out for dinner. We loved Crepes & Waffles, so we ate there!!

We went to Neiva, we went to see Football,
Huila Vs. Junior!
We spent a nice time in spite of the heat.
We went with my father and his friends.
I enjoyed all activities with him. The rest of the holidays, I stayed in my house, in Ibagué my family and my old friends.

Last December I was on a business trip to the Mutis Rute, I traveled to Ambalema, Mariquita, Honda anda Guaduas.

The most interesting town that I visited was Guaduas, it is a city that keeps the Colonial Architecture.

I took some photos to do a multimedia about the Route.

We stayed for two days with three work mates and we took about one thousand photos and recorded four videos. We stayed in a old house where Jose Celestino Mutis lived for some years.

This was an amazing experience for me, because I learned a lot about Colombian history.

Guaduas was founded in 1572 by Andrés Díaz, it’s about 4 hours from Ibagué and it has many touristic places:

• La Soledad Convent.

• The Navarro Bridge, which was First built in Colombia crossing the Magdalena River, its owner charged to the people that wanted to cross the bridge.

• Policarpa Salavarrieta's House. She was a messenger for Simón Bolivar at the Independence Battle.

In her hous we can see an old style house with an old kitchen, bed and desktop with many old books, and a big watch.

In the backyard there are five turtles.

• Capira Stone Pointview, where you can see Guaduas from the top.

• The Real Road, is a stone made road where in the late 1700's the real army and the botanical expedition walked.

There is a very interesting place so you can revive the colonization times. It was the interstatal road, it is amazing because if you want you can walk from Guaduas to Ambalema and see what the real army saw.

The journey had something unexpected, when we were traveling in the car,, something wrong happened with the car and we nearly crush in the highway. We were very scared but, at least the journey finished well.

My Holiday

My Last Holiday

On my last holiday, I went to Chaparral with my family. We lived in Chaparral for twelve years, because my father was moved in his job. We were very happy because the people are friendly.

For this reason, We spent a week in Marta’s house, she is a great friend. My sister and I wanted to meet our friends of high school because we see them every six months and we always have a happy time with them for that we like going to Chaparral.

My friends and I went out every Friday to the park at night, we had fun there, and sometimes we went dancing to a disco near the park, its name is “La Oficina de Piña”

We enjoyed so much that week, we will meet again on the next holiday.

MY HOLIDAYS IN VILLAVICENCIO

I`m going to talk about My holidays, first I would like to start by saying that Villavicencio is always a wonderful place to visit. I stayed for three days. I went with some friends. We stayed in Santa Barbara hotel, a very comfortable place. It has a big pool area, a wonderful restaurant with delicious food. It has twenty rooms and each room has air conditioning and a great room service. It costs around two hundred thousand for three days.

On he first day we went to "Sikuanis" there`re lots of exciting rides to go on, also we went for a walk to the "Parque de los fundadores", we spent an awesome time there.
On the second day of the visit We went to "Los ocarros" wich is the most famous zoo in Villavicencio in that place I saw so many animals like monkeys, snakes, big cats and leopards.
On our third day in Villavicencio We went for a long walk to the malls of the city, We bought so many things as clothes, candys and lots of presents.

You have to visit this city, the people are very kind and It has very interesting places to visit.

That`s all I have to say about my holidays.
